Further to the below my e-mail today, we received the revised firmware as attached file.

 

Please connect the Touch USB Cable.
Please extract the attached zip file.
Please execute “SiWUpdator.exe” and you will see the below picture.
 

If the Touch is correctly recognized, you will see Green at Power Box.  
If the color is not Green, please take out the USB Cable and connect it again.
Please press the button of “Firmware Update”
 



 

If the behavior is not improved, it seems we need a movie to understand the situation exactly.

 

Hope it is settled the issue by the attached firmware.
