BLOWER:

Each game a a random blow time is selected from one of the following ranges 1300ms-2200ms(SHORT), 1700ms-2700ms(MEDIUM), 2000-3000(LONG), 1300ms-3000ms(ALL).
A range in use can be selected from GameSetup menu.

Each game also a random voltage is selected in range from BlowVoltageMIN and BlowVoltageMAX. Those two values are adjustable according to actual hardware,
but in practice this means a range from 9V-13V.
